We had a fantastic time and would love to return. Aeris is a beautiful, family-run B&B that has been newly renovated, and our spotless room had its own terrace overlooking the town. There's an elevator and a spa area for massages and facials, plus breakfast ordered from a menu. The location is close to the main town square, with restaurants, coffee bars, sandwich shops and gelato stores. We only stayed two days, 9/22 - 23/2025, because we'd mistakenly booked our four-day stay for 2026. When my husband called to ask about parking, Carmen realized there was no reservation. She was so kind and accommodating, found four other places to stay but all were booked apart from one nearby B&B. She let us leave our car parked for all four days and helped carry the luggage to the B&B a short distance away. Carmen, her brother, father and mother were all warm and welcoming. Her father even drove us and our luggage to their parking lot when we left. I'd highly recommend Aeris. 10 out of 10!

Family owned, with kind, good people running it. The hotel is 1000% awesome, with gorgeous, clean, updated rooms, a great spa, and breakfast. The mini-bar is affordable too. We'll be back to this jewel.

The original stone house has been newly renovated and is clean, bright and really nice inside. The staff and owners were helpful, and there's private parking at the end of the street, about a 7-minute walk away. Everything in Polignano, from the beach and bridge to the old town, views and restaurants, is around a 5-minute walk.

We arrived after midnight, at 1am, and the staff still welcomed us with big smiles and no fuss. They were absolute stars, so warm and friendly. The property is gorgeous, freshly renovated, with striking architecture. Our room was huge, spotless and brand new, and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was simple but freshly made, with lots of tasty options. The historic center is just a short walk away. Couldn't have asked for better!

The family who runs the hotel made the stay feel special with their warmth and hospitality. Everything was clean and nice when we arrived, and the location was just right for exploring. We looked forward to the tasty breakfast each morning. The beds were comfortable, the facilities well maintained, and everything felt high quality. It was a relaxing, comfortable stay. We'd happily come back!
