Daria, the hotel manager, was a delight to deal with. She replied quickly, answered our questions, and gave us helpful ideas for things to see and do and places to eat. She also arranged a golf cart to carry us and our heavy bags to and from the nearby secure parking. We loved our stay at Bayit, looking out over the Adriatic Sea. The beds and pillows were comfortable, everything we needed was there, and the location was central and convenient. Breakfast was generous, with fresh local food that kept us going for a full day of exploring. This really is a charming hotel, and we'd readily recommend it to anyone traveling to Polignano a mare.

Breakfast had a huge selection, and our room was freshly renovated and just right. Mrs. Daria looked after us so well. The place is right in the heart of Polignano A Mare, a must-see while visiting Pulia 🇮🇹, and there’s even a free gold car ride from the parking place to the accommodation. Such a great choice 😍

The room was cosy, clean, and lovely, and breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. BAYIT is in an incredible spot, and the service was great from start to finish. Daria was an exceptional host and went out of her way to make our stay feel perfect. We loved it.

We were able to unwind in a quiet spot just a short walk from the heart of Polignano a Mare. The team was kind and always happy to share local recommendations, and Daria made us feel very welcome. The stylish rooms and thoughtful touches, including breakfast on a sunny terrace, made the stay feel special. We left refreshed and already talking about returning. Thank you, Daria! The staff were friendly and professional, and their attentive, warm service made my visit a pleasure. BAYIT Hotel has a lovely mix of comfort and style, with carefully decorated interiors and upscale details. It's in the best part of Polignano, which made exploring easy. I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back with my family. Highly recommended.
