A car is needed to get here, but it's a quiet countryside resort not far from Polignano and the sea. Our room was comfortable, well designed, and had a terrace with a must-see sea view. The gardens are nice, free parking is available, and the outdoor pool looked well set up, though we didn't try it because of the weather. The spa had a nice setting, a pool heated to 31°, and a sauna and hammam. Breakfast was a generous buffet with cold cuts, cheese, bread, vegetables, regional pastries, and viennoiseries, plus eggs you can order from the menu. The restaurant's a la carte dinner included regional specialties and daily specials. Everyone was professional, kind, and accommodating, especially Luciano & Saviero in the restaurant. We had a great stay at Borgobianco and can only recommend it.

The view from the huge terrace was breathtaking, and the rooms in the charming borgo were large and clean, with comfortable beds. We spent five amazing nights at Borgobianco with my husband and our 2 kids, and it felt like an authentic pugliesi experience. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were super friendly, and they spoke several languages to make everyone feel welcome. The drinks and dinner were great too. Grazie mille to the whole staff, from the kind guys who helped with our luggage, to the ladies who kept the room spotless, to the breakfast team who did their best with italian, english, french, spanish, and even portuguese. I can't recommend it. The prices are five-star, but everything else feels more like a three-star or 3+ star hotel. The rooms are old, worn, and dated. They were clean, but there were moldy patches in the shower. Dinner was poor, with lots of defrosted, tasteless food and few fresh ingredients, including cheap supermarket pasta. The wine by the glass was the cheapest available. The area is quiet, with nothing around. Be careful, the pictures give a very misleading impression and overstate things by a lot. Poor value for money for an Italian hotel.

This peaceful, lovely countryside haven left us relaxed and rejuvenated. It's about a 10 minute drive to Polignano a Mare town, and the shuttle there and back was much easier than looking for parking. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, both with a gorgeous sea view, and the service was spectacular. I also had two amazing spa services. Highly recommend.

The rooms were clean and spacious, though somewhat outdated, and had two joined single beds instead of queen beds. Breakfast was delightful, and the other food options were satisfactory. Borgobianco Resort has lovely outdoor scenery, stunning views, a large pool area, excellent amenities, and friendly staff. The hotel is 15 minutes from the city, but the landscapes and views make the trip worthwhile. It's also 15 minutes from all the town's beaches, so keep that in mind if you're choosing it for the views.
