The people here are what really made our time in Polignano. Francesco gave us such helpful advice that our few days in this very touristy little city became much more than we expected. The small hotel sits right in the old town, in a quiet spot, and was easy to find even among the maze of streets. We usually skip hotel breakfasts because they tend to be packaged toast, and eating that in Italy feels like a crime. This one was completely different. We’ve traveled around Italy many times and had dessert every day, but I’ll remember the cakes Francesco's mom made for breakfast for a long time. Just unbelievable. Our deluxe room was comfortable and had a window. If room or window size matters to you, check the details before booking. It’s an old building, so there are narrow stairs and thin walls, though neither bothered us. The rooms were cared for and cleaned to a standard you’d expect at a four-star hotel or better, with real warmth in the service too.

We only got to spend one night at Fontblu and wished we could have stayed longer. Francesco was so welcoming, easy to communicate with, and helpful with suggestions and arranging a taxi transfer. The property was clean and well kept, with a lovely rooftop overlooking the sea. The location was perfect. I highly recommend it.

The rooftop terrace was our favorite place to unwind, with breakfast served there and views across the rooftops to the Adriatic. Francesco's Mum made delicious breakfast treats. He also met us at the train station carpark and led us through the winding old town to this modern B&B with four rooms. The rooms are small, but very chic. Francesco is a fantastic host!

We loved having breakfast on the rooftop terrace, where Francesco's mam served homemade cake and sweets. She was lovely. Our host Francesco was kind and gave us all the information and tips we needed to make the holiday unforgettable. The rooms were bright, modern, and extremely clean. The place is right in the heart of Polignano's lovely historic center. Everything was amazing, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you, Francesco, see you again! Highly recommended!
