The hosts were so kind and helpful, and the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. We had a great stay and were completely satisfied. The walls are thin, though, and soundproofing wasn't great, so it could get a bit noisy at times. Even so, we'd still recommend the place.

We booked a room for two nights and barely slept. Street noise came through the poor sound insulation so badly that it was impossible to get any rest. The car park they provided was far away, so carrying luggage over that distance was a real hassle. There was no staff at the property and no service after 8pm, so I couldn't get help with the air conditioner, heater, television, or other basic things you'd expect from a place to stay. At around 9:45am, the cleaners came into our locked room while we were still inside, sleeping. Terrible experience, a nightmare, and the worst part of my entire trip.

The location and balcony view were the only real highlights. The room was rather dirty: after walking barefoot, my feet were almost black, and the shower was noticeably unclean too. You can hear everything the neighbours do, so the sound insulation is very poor. Bring earplugs. Breakfast left the worst impression. It costs around 13 eur for two people when added to a booking, but all you get is a voucher for a nearby cafe, covering a coffee and pastry. There’s no savoury choice, and you still have to queue and find a seat. I don't see any added value for guests, while the hotel gets the difference, since ordering normally would cost around 7-8 eur. It felt like a SCAM, especially for such expensive accommodation when there's a restaurant attached. When we complained, they said it was Italian style breakfast and apologized. I guess in Italy you get a scam for breakfast. If you're considering booking, skip breakfast.

The room's furniture and floor looked quite worn, so that's why I took off a star. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We had a sea view room with a lovely view and terrace, and the hotel is just two minutes from the beach, though that beach is crowded and stony. It would be more practical to have two cards instead of one key for two people, in case one wants to go to the beach. Good for a stay of one or two nights.
