Stay away unless you don't mind a busy, very loud mojitobar right under your window, open until 4 AM. The place wasn't clean when we arrived, and we had to wash the dishes before using them. There were no chairs or table on the balcony, and the arrival service was awful. We waited two hours; whenever we called, they said they'd be there in half an hour. There was no air conditioning. They said parking was free, but while there's a free lot in town, it's far from the accommodation.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! They were awful and rude to deal with. They charged my card right away and wouldn't give a refund, even though I tried to cancel within 24 hours of booking. With hundreds of places to stay in Polignano, this one would have to be among the worst.

What a terrible experience. The historic center location and breathtaking view were the only good parts. The building is currently unsafe, and hopefully someone will make it safe. We got a terrible welcome from a girl who seemed in a hurry and explained nothing or suggested places to visit. The room had no view, despite what we'd booked, and the furnishings were awful: twin beds pushed together, plus a musty 1960s wardrobe that wouldn't close. They could have done better by spending €200 at Ikea. The bathroom had no window. Breakfast was at a café five minutes away, where the only choices were croissants and juice or coffee. Parking wasn't free as advertised, so you had to get lucky or pay nearby. Everything else is TO BE FORGOTTEN!

The sea view and central location caught my eye, but we'd never stay here again. We were told there was private parking for our new car, but there wasn't. The bathroom was awful: the showerhead was over the toilet with no shower platform, so showering left us wet everywhere. The fixtures were old and broken. The room was dirty, and nobody cleaned it or brought paper towels during our four-day stay.
