I come here for the bar, like plenty of other people, so I can't comment on the rooms. It's a nice spot right in the middle of the town's main street, with tables indoors and outside. They serve cocktails, drinks, aperitifs, and ice cream, and the service is good, though not always especially friendly. It can get a little noisy sometimes.
We spent a lovely three nights here. The café was a nice place to take a break, with good coffee, tasty pastries, and a calm feel, whether starting the morning or relaxing later in the day. The hotel itself has plenty of charm and character, and the rooms have that traditional Italian feel. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
We asked for a quiet room and got one. It was so peaceful that we couldn't hear the café downstairs, and the air conditioning was both strong and quiet. The staff were extremely nice, and our room was clean and roomy. The bathroom also seemed recently renovated and looked great.
The hotel is right in the center, about a five-minute walk from the port. My room was clean, with excellent mattresses and a really good bathroom with an Italian-style shower. Breakfast is served at the restaurant café, where you can choose what you want and sit inside or outside. It's very calm. The road outside becomes pedestrian-only at night, so there's no parking there. For a motorbike, parking in the blue spaces costs money, while the white spaces are free.
We'd happily come back. The rooms were comfortable, the location was central, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast at the bar was very good, and the people working there were even better.
