Musae In Lama

Our reservation was cancelled two days before we were due to arrive, right in one of the busiest seasons. I tried calling the landline several times and got no answer. The mobile number went unanswered too, though someone texted me back. I asked why our accommodation had been cancelled and never got a response. Do not book here. This is clearly a scam hotel. SCAM!!!

One day here wasn't nearly enough. The rooms were beautiful, the views stunning, and the staff friendly. Cristiana was especially kind and shared lots of useful information while we were there.

Our anniversary at Musae in Lama felt like a dream, and ended far too soon. We could have stayed forever. Cristiana and her team made the whole visit special, from fitting us in early when our plane arrived ahead of schedule to arranging dinner reservations every night and surprising us for our anniversary. The room had a gorgeous, romantic feel and lots of thoughtful touches. Each morning we had a delicious breakfast on our private patio, with fresh homemade specialties. But the private terrace overlooking the sea was the highlight: beautiful views, ocean waves, and a lovely sea breeze. Such a perfect, romantic spot for our anniversary. I'd highly recommend it for both the location and the experience.

Cristiana made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and knew the city well, helping me with everything. The owner was a real gentleman too. On a very rainy day, he personally helped take me to the train station, something I'll never forget. The whole team was warm, professional, and caring throughout. I spent two nights at Musae in Lama, and it was one of the best stays I've had in Italy. The brand new room was beautiful and impeccably clean, with an incredible jacuzzi and a balcony overlooking Polignano’s main beach. Honestly, the best location in town. Everything exceeded my expectations. Can I give an extra star? If you're visiting Polignano a Mare and want luxury, warmth, a great location, and authentic hospitality, this place is outstanding. I'd come back without hesitation.
