Breakfast each morning was phenomenal, thanks to Maria, who's been part of the staff since day one. Carola was attentive, quick to respond, and full of great suggestions for restaurants and activities. She and her team made the place feel warm and welcoming, and everything was handled with care. The facility and location were breathtaking, making our four days in Polignano truly magical. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We ate like kings and queens at the changing buffet each morning, with fresh fruit, homemade bread, cakes, and cheeses. The room was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, and the location inside the old city put shops, cafes, and restaurants close by. Federico, the owner's son, was a charismatic host, and his sister Carola shared lots of tips for Polignano. As nomadic travellers, this was the first BnB I honestly didn't want to leave. Don't be foolish and book a standard hotel. We'll definitely be back.

Carola's warmth and genuine hospitality are what made this stay so special. She went above and beyond and paid attention to every detail. The space was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable, with a central location close to everything I needed. I had an amazing stay at Quintessence Luxury Domus and would gladly come back.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of lovely local food prepared on site and overseen by Carola's father, who really champions his daughter's hotel. Getting around Polignano a Mare on foot was easy from the location, and the hotel itself is gorgeous, with perfect amenities and beautiful details in the top-notch restoration Carola and her father did. What also stood out was all the help Carola provided: arranging parking and a transfer, meeting us at the drop-off, and insisting on carrying our luggage. For tired travellers unfamiliar with the limits on driving in old town centers, those things matter. Quintessenza Luxury Domus exceeded the expectations I had after reading all the wonderful 5-star reviews. Don't think twice about staying here.
