Annalisa and Piergiorgio recently took over these three rooms on the Pioppi seafront, and you can see how much money, care, and enthusiasm they've put in. The rooms are clean and well air-conditioned, and the amenities and services are excellent. Most of all, their constant presence and helpfulness make the stay peaceful and leave you wanting more. Well done, guys!

The bar and restaurant are in the same building, which is a nice finishing touch. I had a pasticciotto for breakfast, a sea hen in the evening, then went upstairs to smoke on the room terrace. I did all of that, and it was refreshing! The Caupona rooms are in a wonderful old building, just one meter from the sea. Down the stairs and you're in the water, and if you forget something, you can pop back up for it. Pioppi is considered a natural pool. They say, "There's no place like Pioppi," and I believe it.

It should be possible to reach them by email or phone. Without a website or a number to call, renting a place feels impossible.

You can see the sea right from the bed. Amazing place, with a breathtaking view.
