The sea views are spectacular, and the house is a peaceful place to stay. It’s clean and well cared for, with simple furnishings and everything you need. Mrs. Mariella looks after it expertly, always kind and ready to help, but never intrusive. Her generous advice and constant, discreet presence made the stay feel calm and joyful.

The view from the penthouse was amazing, with open sea all the way to the horizon and both sunrise and sunset to watch. The apartment was practically new, beautifully equipped, and immaculately clean. We were lucky to find this place in Finale di Pollina for a short trip. Mrs. Anna Maria, the owner, was kind and helpful. She wasn’t there in person, but left us in the care of Mrs. Mariella, who felt more like a friend than a property manager. Finale di Pollina is a small, well-organized village that’s kept in very good shape. The people were so welcoming that whoever we spoke with felt like someone we’d known for ages. It’s peaceful here, too. We’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back soon. Thanks to Mrs. Anna Maria and Mrs. Mariella for being cheerful and always available.
