The bathroom was unusable on my second day because there was no hot water, and the shower handle and door were broken. The bedroom walls were filthy and the sheets made me itch. They didn't leave toilet paper or even a bin, so I had to take my rubbish out every day and use my own tissues. The host seemed shady and didn't answer when I tried to arrange the required check-in appointment at a specific address. ARC Carraci doesn't show up on Google Maps, only Farolfi. I usually read reviews before booking, but skipped them this time and regretted it. They seem to have no concern for guest comfort or the upkeep of the place. Stay away.

After waiting 45 minutes, we finally got checked in at 5:15 PM and had to move two appointments. We then found that nothing in the apartment worked, and there wasn't even toilet paper. Check-in is supposed to begin at 4:30 PM and requires a reservation, but there were about 20 people ahead of us anyway, all waiting for someone to help. Guests have to upload their own documents to an online portal; asking the staff to do it costs extra. Even after uploading ours to avoid that fee, they checked everything again at the desk, making the lines drag on. I won't come back. Even for one night, please find somewhere else.
