The owners were lovely, and communication was quick and easy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It’s a peaceful place near Bologna’s centre and the train station. Highly recommend it!

Silvia was really helpful and accommodating. Both the two-bedroom apartment and the studio are lovely, clean, and spacious. The location’s handy too, about a 15-minute walk to the city centre and 10 minutes to the train station. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The Acqua apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and practical, with a lovely south-facing balcony. We spent three nights there, and self check-in was super easy. Thanks again for letting us arrive at 5am after our overnight bus, that was really kind. It’s a great base for exploring Bologna, just a few minutes’ walk from the bus and train stations. Supermarkets, bakeries, bars, and restaurants are all close by.

We slept so well here, and everything we needed was close at hand. Getting into the city was easy too. A perfect stay, we had a wonderful time.

Easy to get to from the airport, and close to the city centre. The rooms were clean and nice.
