The kitchen and bathroom seem recently redone, but the beds are old and really uncomfortable. I could feel the springs, so sleeping was hard. It didn't seem very clean either, and I wouldn't stay there again.

I couldn't reach the owner to get access to the apartment.

The location worked well for getting around on foot, thanks to Vincenzo's clear directions. The apartment was roomy and clean, with a large bathroom and a kitchenette we didn't use. It's around 400 meters from the exhibition center (Piazza Costituzione). There was a coffee machine with pods and tea in the room; for breakfast, there's a bar on Via Parri. A paid blue-line parking area about 100 meters away is convenient, free overnight from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Vincenzo was very helpful and attentive. It was a great stay.

The owner was polite, kind, and professional. I stayed about a month ago in the apartment on Via Dossetti in Bologna and felt lucky to have found it. I couldn't have picked a better place. I highly recommend it!

Vincenzo was so kind, and the apartment was comfortable and clean. It suited our needs perfectly, especially being near the Bologna Fair. I'd definitely recommend it.
