Good evening. We trusted you and didn't check the new rules before coming back to visit, so that part was our mistake, and you're right about it. Your place is wonderful, especially the outdoor pool, and we wish you success with your new professional project. Sadly, it doesn't suit us anymore, and we won't be back for the next few years. We've found plenty of other lovely places without having to travel so many kilometers. We learned not to rely on trust alone and to keep looking elsewhere for what makes us happy. We work all year for a well-earned holiday, and feel we deserve the best service and place for it. Unfortunately, your establishment no longer gives us that. Our friendship and relationship end with 2022. Go in peace, and remember to satisfy customers instead of focusing on negative reviews online. Have a good day.

The view is incredible, and the food was the best I've ever had, all made with fresh ingredients. It felt very Tuscany.

It's a little out of the way, which is handy if you like peace and quiet. The farmhouse was exceptionally clean and tidy, with convenient parking. We ate dinner each evening in front of our room, enjoying the view, excellent dishes, and generous portions at a great price. We'd go out during the day, then come back for a cool-off in the pool. We had a great time.

Mrs. Ughetta was delightful, welcoming, friendly, and very available whenever we needed something. We hadn't booked dinner for our last night, but she still made room for us. A huge thank you! We spent a few days here as a family in a lovely green setting with a peaceful feel, just right for relaxing. The pool was a nice extra, the facilities were excellent, and while the rooms weren't especially large, they were welcoming and cleaned daily. We ate on site and the food was truly excellent. Portions weren't particularly generous, though we could have seconds. The set menu seemed a little pricey, but you have to pay for quality. Highly recommended!
