We booked with free cancellation and no prepayment, then canceled within the free cancellation period when our plans changed. The hotel still charged us and hasn't returned the money. They ignore our messages and don't respond. This feels like fraud.

The beach is just a few steps away, and our room was comfortable and very clean with a beautiful view. There’s a bar near the hotel where people had live music and danced at night. The staff welcomed us warmly. I’ll definitely come back next year!

The corridors, stairs, and lobby were often crowded with people lingering on their phones with the sound on. When I arrived, they asked me to pay for a room I had already paid for through Booking.com. Their payment terminals supposedly weren't working, so they wanted cash. I also claim they exclusively house migrants and work with smugglers. This hotel is a scam and should be reported to the police.

This place is nowhere near the airport, and there’s no public transport. The booking said a free shuttle was available, but there wasn’t one. I had to pay €100 to get to the airport or risk missing my flight. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The hotel has a wonderful view and location, but you need a car to get there. Buses and even taxis are hard to find, and the staff don't speak English.
