6/10
The room stayed very hot because the A/C didn’t cool it, and the blinds left part of the window uncovered. The shower pressure was very low, and the breakfast and dinner were just okay. There was a lot of noise in the middle of the night, and the power kept fluctuating.

The room was unbearably hot, and there was no A/C in sight. I couldn’t find the advertised free WiFi, and I haven’t seen a single worker since arriving. I’ve stayed in better motels. I’m here on a group vacation tour and can only hope nobody makes the mistake of coming back.

The room was clean, so it wasn’t all bad, but the service wasn’t great. Nobody was at reception, and we had to go to their other hotel to ask for help. They hadn’t even put up a sign outside pointing guests to the other building. 😞

The hotel and rooms were elegant and perfectly clean. Zoomarine Park and Cinecittà World are very close by. I highly recommend eating at the restaurant in the connected Parco dei Principi hotel. Five stars to the chef!

Service was great. There are convenience stores nearby, including one that stays open until 9pm.
