It’s very old, out in the middle of nowhere, and only just clean enough to feel comfortable. The staff don’t speak English, breakfast is really bad, and many switches and outlets either don’t work or feel unsafe. I honestly don’t see why it has four stars. It might do if you have no other choice, but I’d never recommend it.

After a long, hot day in Rome, the A/C was a welcome relief. Our room was spacious, and the balcony had beautiful views. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The meals were a highlight: dinner came with two dishes and dessert, and everything was tasty and well prepared. Service was friendly overall, but the blonde waitress with glasses stood out. She spoke several languages, smiled throughout, and was easy to talk to. The rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast could be a little bigger when a group is staying, but I’m happy with our stay.
