The owners were so kind and hospitable, always smiling and checking that everything was going well. From the beginning, the staff made us feel welcome with incredible service. They made the best espresso I’ve ever had in Italy 😍. We also had a great Italian breakfast, and the location worked perfectly for our commitments. Really recommend it.

I loved this quirky little hotel, and it felt like home from the moment Nino, the little Italian dog, greeted me. The staff were warm and friendly, and the service was exceptional. I even showered with a view of Vesuvius from my window. The homemade food was the most delicious!

The reception staff were great, but it didn’t feel like good value for money. Breakfast was more of a sweet table. The coffee machine wasn’t working, so cappuccino was espresso with hot milk, and the shower malfunctioned.

8/10
The hotel is a little off the beaten track, but staff arranged a taxi for us to the nearby railway station and to our chosen destinations. We visited Naples, Sorrento, Pompei and Herculeum, and had a really enjoyable holiday. The view of Vesuvius was incredible. Everywhere was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the food was lovely. Thanks to all the staff at Costa Hotel for their excellent hospitality and making the stay so memorable. Nothing was too much trouble, and we’d definitely go back.

10/10
The hotel’s tasty food was clearly made with care, using high quality local produces, and the rooms were very clean. It’s also well placed for visiting Naples, Ercolano, Pompei, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast, which we could reach very easily. The staff were extremely helpful, caring, professional and welcoming. They made our stay exceptionally pleasant and made us feel at home. Amazing value for money. We definitely want to come back, thank you Costa Hotel!
