The host was incredibly kind. She helped with our huge, heavy luggage, showed us what we could use in the shared kitchen, and ordered taxis that arrived within minutes. Uber didn’t. She also made sure we were enjoying our stay. The room had everything we needed, including the softest mattress, powerful AC, and a big bottle of welcome water. There were lots of thoughtful touches. We had a lovely little balcony with a mountain and cathedral view. Waking up on Sunday to church bells felt like a movie scene. Restaurants, historical spots, and other necessities were all close by. There’s a long staircase up to the property that can be a bit of a struggle in the heat, but the view made it worthwhile, and we got help with our bags. It was an amazing stay.

Diego served us breakfast on the terrace the next morning, with a lovely view. There was an event at the ruins that day, and he gave us special directions to the main gate. Usually you can walk there from the hotel. You can also leave your car in the lot directly in front. Lucia greeted us at check-in and pointed us toward town. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The train station is only 3 minutes away, with really cheap trips to places like the beach for €1.50. It’s 5 minutes to the town square, where there are a few good restaurants, and about 5 minutes to the laundromat. A wash is €5 and drying is €1, but bring cash since they don’t give change. Fresh towels and bedding every day. Breakfast is a sweet snack and coffee at a top-tier cafe just a minute away.

Diego was a wonderful host, with lots of good tips on places to eat and things to see. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the sunroom looked out over the mountains. Every room has a great view of the city and the volcano or mountains. It’s a 3-minute walk into central Pompeii and 6 minutes to the ruins. We had a perfect stay!

Diego was such a welcoming host. He gave us maps and advice, and even got up at 4 in the morning to prepare breakfast before our flight. The room was comfortable and modern, with air conditioning, and the bathroom was very clean. The B&B itself is clean, modern, and close to the center of Pompeii, the ruins, and plenty of good restaurants. We’d absolutely recommend it.
