The location is very practical, close to shops, restaurants, public transport, and especially the excavations. Our room was clean and sanitary, with efficient room service and free toiletries. The staff were kind and helpful despite the language barrier. We also liked the breakfast service, though the food selection was very limited. Sweet options were fine, but the bread was dry and hard. Reception and breakfast are in a different building from the hotel. Noise was the biggest problem: it carried on day and night, and the windows didn’t seal properly, making it unbearable and hard to sleep. The room was missing some advertised items, including an electric kettle, slippers, a tea or coffee maker, and a wardrobe. Soundproofing was lacking, and the heating was tricky, so I’d recommend this room for a short stay. We paid an agreed extra €15 a day to upgrade to a room for three. Instead of a third bed, they unfolded the couch and didn’t provide a proper blanket at first. We asked, and got one without any trouble. In the end, the helpful, kind staff made the stay nice.

The owner went out of his way to help and make sure we enjoyed our holiday. Our room had been recently decorated to a high standard and was very clean, with comfortable beds and a big shower. Breakfast at the cafe De Vivo was great.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, basic, and spacious. It’s a great location near the old ruins and the center, with easy parking at Parco Eden, just a few minutes from the suites. Breakfast isn’t included, but there are lots of choices nearby. Parking costs suite guests €15 per 24 hours, and you can come and go by car whenever you like.

My wife, brother-in-law and I stayed here a while ago, and the owner's kindness and hospitality stuck with us. We somehow both thought we'd already written a review, then realised we hadn't. The rooms were lovely, the location was great, and it was good value. Thanks for a great stay.
