The location was good, the owner was nice, and we had all the utilities we needed. But the bathroom was a letdown for such a “luxurious” place. The shower cabin barely worked: the head was so clogged that only half the water came through, and the pressure was nearly painful. Water also leaked from underneath, and even with a towel to block it, half the bathroom flooded. The hot water kept shifting between hot and cold, which was especially annoying with a sick child. The cabin was so cramped you could barely fit, bend to reach your toes, or get in with a child. That would be even harder if you had a beer belly or were fat. 🤣

We’re already planning another trip to Pompei and would definitely book the same room. It had everything we could need, and was spacious, clean, incredibly modern, and well located, exceeding what we’d expected. We had trouble getting to Pompei and arrived very late, but Veronica patiently welcomed me and my family so warmly that we forgot about the problems on the road. She also did everything she could to make us feel comfortable and welcome during our stay. It was a wonderful experience.

Carmen welcomed us with lots of thoughtful treats: candies, snacks, yogurt, coffee, tea, and sweets for breakfast. The service was excellent. Check-in and check-out are both done through WhatsApp, which was easy and convenient. The apartment was comfortable and very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, breakfast, or snacks, and the bathroom was fully equipped.

We had to wait more than an hour to check in, which was unbelievable, and the cleaning wasn’t the best even though the place is new. The room was cold, the shower was small, and the water temperature caused problems. It’s on the third floor of an old building without an elevator. For the price, the amenities weren’t good enough, and it didn’t feel like a luxury stay. I wouldn’t return and don’t recommend it.
