The rooms were decent, and the pool had enough space for eight people to cool off. The house is on a quiet, isolated mountainside with a lovely view. There were plenty of bathrooms, though they were all quite small and a little smelly. The beds were very hard, and much of the interior was broken and run-down. What really disappointed us was being charged 100 Euros for two pool chairs that were already badly damaged and should have been replaced years ago. We wanted to discuss what happened with the owner, but he refused and simply charged us extra. It left a bitter taste and overshadowed our last day of the trip.

The standout is the unmatched view over the Arno Valley. We stayed in May 2016 with adults and children, and found the accommodation spacious, with a big garden, a swimming pool, and several great places to sit together as a group of twelve. Top-notch.
