Albergo Eden

A nice place, and the church is beautiful.

The owners are helpful and kind, and both the food and the plentiful breakfast were good. The hotel is in a small hamlet above Ponte di Legno, about a 20-minute walk away. The road up by car is a bit narrow, so just take care.

The food was mediocre and very expensive, and the view doesn’t make up for the treatment we received. The current manager was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. We had to pay for a dish we never ordered. There are also clearly racist signs behind the register, which is unacceptable anywhere. Absolutely avoid this place. Not recommended!

The dinner was absolutely pitiful, and none of the six of us ate anything. The owner didn’t even say hello. We had booked two connecting double rooms, but there was only one bathroom, so the people in one room had to pass through ours whenever they needed it. The staff were rude, except for the woman in the dining room. We went out for a walk in the afternoon and came back in the evening to find no parking. They told us to reverse onto a narrow, steep ramp and leave the car off to the side. The road there was awful, extremely narrow and unclear, and it was easy to take a wrong turn onto an uphill dead end with nowhere to turn around. Terrible experience. If I could give it zero, I would.
