The general standard is quite high, though I’d suggest improving the breakfast a little. When my wife and I arrived, we immediately had a problem with our room. Luckily, General Manager Mr Lombardi sorted it out properly, and the following days were relaxing. I’d recommend this hotel.

Every person we dealt with, from reception and the restaurant to the technical team, was kind, helpful, and professional. The food was outstanding, and the room was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. Parking was free and secure, even for motorcycles. I had a wonderful stay. Other hotels could take this place as an example. Five stars without hesitation, and I’m sure we’ll meet again!

Communication was really bad. The hotel first said pets were allowed, then told us our dog had to weigh no more than 10 kg. If bigger dogs aren’t accepted, they should remove the pet-friendly sign. It feels discriminatory toward larger dogs. Our dog weighs 15 kg, and the hotel asked us to cancel. Are you joking? 😅 I’ll never stay here, even without my dog, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The beauty farm was peaceful and relaxing, with different massages to choose from. The restaurant bar was well set up for breakfast, with a wide range of delicious sweet and savoury dishes, and the reception team were welcoming, kind, and happy to clarify anything. My girlfriend and I spent three nights at Blu Hotel and loved our stay. There were several families with young children, which brought a lovely energy to the atmosphere, though that part is subjective. We definitely recommend it!

The staff were delightful and the food was divine. Our room was just average, and the bathroom let it down. The pool wasn’t what we expected and wasn’t really suitable for swimming laps. There’s a good, warm storage room for ski equipment. Think of the hotel as thrown in for free with the lovely dining, and it all looks great.
