Natoli Apartments

We loved the decor, especially the beautiful fresco ceiling, and had plenty of room to unwind in the middle of busy Palermo. The apartment was really spacious, and the host was kind and attentive. There was a coffee machine and some snacks ready when we arrived. Getting to my car was difficult, so parking in a lot first and walking over seems like a good idea.

The shower stall was quite small. Apart from that, we had a lovely, spacious, clean apartment with a kitchen area and a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, within walking distance of tourist attractions. Host Giulia was wonderful and accommodating. She replied to emails almost immediately, suggested good restaurants, and even let us keep the apartment until the afternoon on departure day.

Leila was communicative and helpful, with some excellent restaurant suggestions. Our Studio was roomy and had everything we needed. It's on the top, second floor of a charming building, with a small lift, and perfectly placed for exploring the old town and its sights. A few limitations were mentioned when we booked, and they didn't bother us: there's no wardrobe, microwave or oven. Driving and parking in Palermo can be tricky, but Leila can recommend a "Garage" that shuffles cars around on the street for €15 a day. Highly recommended.

Claudia, the hostess, is very nice and helpful. The room is spacious and has two levels, with what you need to make small meals and coffee. There's an elevator, so you don't have to lug your bags up the stairs. The location is as central as it gets. Wi-Fi is good, and there's air conditioning. If you're arriving by car, I'd recommend finding private parking. Remember to buy and register a ZTL passport before driving into the historic center!
