There was no kettle, just a few pots, and not even enough cups for the room. When we asked about getting one, they said they didn’t know and told us to ask again the next day because there was no housekeeper. They did offer us tea for free in the meantime. We also had to ask several times for bed sheets and kitchen equipment. Requests for things like the hairdryer listed on the website or even a rubbish bag went nowhere. The windows leaked, the shower needed repairs, and the wardrobe was falling apart. In the ski room, there were no heated boot spaces and the ski lockers had broken locks. The worst part was checkout, when a woman at reception shouted at us to pay a climate fee we’d already paid, and for the tea we’d been told was free. It was completely disrespectful, and she couldn’t speak even basic English. It’s hard to find anything positive about this hotel.
