About 25 minutes by car from Pisa's center, this place was a great value. It was spotless and new, and Mrs Rosa made us feel very welcome with her friendly manner.

The owner was wonderfully kind and always ready to help, and we felt welcome right away. The property was spotless and cared for down to the details. "Da Donna Rosa" is a comfortable, peaceful spot for a relaxing stay, and I'd gladly recommend it for the hospitality.

We only stayed in transit, but the room was both comfortable and very clean. The lady kindly packed two small breakfasts for our 5:30 departure and was sorry we wouldn't get to try the baked goods. She also let us keep our personal things in the fridge and freezer.

Donna Rosa is still wonderful. I came back after a few years and found the same lovely attention. The room was neat, clean, and tastefully decorated, with sweets and water waiting when I arrived. Breakfast was delicious too. I'll keep this place in mind for future trips to Pontedera. 🙂
