Il Cigno is in the island’s picturesque, quiet north, with stunning ocean views on one side and views of Ponza island on the other. Luigi was attentive and considerate throughout. Breakfast and snacks were delicious and homemade, and there are several good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There’s a bus stop just beyond the Il Cigno driveway, with buses coming reliably every 20 mins if you want to explore the rest of the island. The local area is lovely to walk around too. Can’t wait to return!

The B&B is in a lovely, calm area with ocean views, and you can see both sunrise and sunset from there. There are a few really good restaurants nearby, and the beaches are within walking distance. It’s quieter than Ponza Port, with less nightlife, which suited us because we wanted to relax. Luigi did so much for us, from early check-in and late checkout to a fantastic breakfast and tips&tricks for getting around the island. Everything he did was generous. Thank you, Luigi. Luigi is a lovely host and makes a really good breakfast. It’s a peaceful, beautiful house with a wonderful terrace. I recommend Il Cigno, and don’t miss seeing Ponza by boat.

The house is stunning, with a mind-blowing view that makes you want to stay forever. Breakfast has lots of options, including special things for guests with food restrictions. Luigi, his wife, and his daughter were so kind and helpful, sharing plenty of recommendations and making the most of our far too short trip to Ponza. They really care about making guests feel comfortable and giving them an unforgettable stay. Finding this little piece of heaven made us so happy. We can’t wait to come back as soon as possible. On our first evening, Luigi invited us to eat with his family and friends. We had grilled fish from a friend of theirs who’s a fisherman, and got lots of tips for the island, along with local help on where to eat. Luigi is amazing. We’ll be back as soon as possible.
