Ca' Scheta

Our little apartment was intimate and welcoming, with everything we needed and a lovely outdoor spot for meals. We spent a long weekend here in April and had a wonderful time. The location is beautiful, with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, and Mrs. Paola’s warm, kind hospitality made us feel at home. It’s a great choice for a relaxing weekend of hiking. We’ll definitely return.

The approach is difficult, but the place is absolutely worth it. The outdoor areas are beautiful, with a magnificent view, and breakfast was generous and carefully put together. We also enjoyed an aperitif of local cheeses and cured meats. Paola was a lovely host and made us feel right at home. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was just as clean and functional. I’d definitely come back!

There’s a small pool facing the hills and a huge garden where you can relax, plus lovely walks starting right from the B&B. The setting is beautiful and surrounded by nature, so it’s easy to forget everything else. Getting there means a ten-minute uphill drive, and you may spot animals along the way. My room had antique furnishings, just as I like, and the B&B stayed cool even without air conditioning. Mrs. Paola keeps everything well cared for. The sweet and savory breakfast was excellent and plentiful. My room’s bathroom was shared with another room.

We’ve visited twice already and will definitely return. The garden is lovely and well cared for, and the farmhouse feels rustic and welcoming, with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. There’s a breathtaking view of the Apennines, and the hearty, varied breakfast is made with genuine local products. A perfect place for walks, taking in the scenery, and recharging. Thank you, Paola!
