The rental itself is new and comfortable, but the welcome could be a lot better. We found no toilet paper, bottled water, or coffee capsules, despite there being a coffee machine, and the sheets were damp. There also wasn’t any transfer service. After reaching the agency, we had to wait in the blazing sun for a bus that, if things go well, leaves you near the apartment. Otherwise there’s another vehicle to change to and another wait. We ended up walking about 1 km with our suitcases in the heat. Several basics were missing, and the whole arrival setup needs work.

The apartment was new, lovely, and well cared for, but the cost was outrageous and the organization was nonexistent. We waited 40 minutes in the road under the sun just to check in. I’ve never had this happen in Italy or anywhere else: for a ONE-NIGHT stay, there were no sheets or towels in the apartment. They told us only after we’d arrived on the island, and charged an extra €50 for four towels and two sheets. There was just one roll of toilet paper, no guest courtesy kit, and no sheets for July 9-10, when I don’t think it was even very hot. €450 for one night. Crazy!

We got a warm welcome and were shown to our place just a few minutes after arriving. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished, with a comfortable bathroom, a large shower, and a wonderful view.
