The view from our bedroom was beautiful in the evening and again in the morning. We had a peaceful, restful stay, and even though we arrived late, our host took great care of us without any fuss. They also gave us fresh fruit from the farm, which was lovely after such a long day.

That view from the room was the best part for me. Looking out at the hills and all the natural colors in the morning, then watching the light change at sunset, felt like a treat. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, and the air conditioning worked well, which made a comfortable night's sleep possible on those hot days. The staff were kind and ready to help throughout my stay. Agriturismo Monterone is a quiet countryside escape, a welcome break from everyday routine. The atmosphere felt warm from the start, and my room made the stay especially enjoyable. I had a wonderful time here and would happily return. I recommend Agriturismo Monterone if you're after a relaxing stay with lovely scenery.

If you're staying nearby for a wedding at the abbey, the location is really convenient. The place itself is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, and the view over the Tiber Valley is fantastic. Top spot.

I never got to stay here, so I can't comment on the room or the service itself. I had booked one night with a late check-in, after the tennis open, and planned to head back to Bologna at 6:00 AM. When the federation moved the match earlier that morning, I cancelled. I was ready to pay for the room, since cancelling after only eight hours was within the host's rights, but he was understanding and didn't ask me for anything. It's nice to meet someone so open-hearted and not focused only on money. The location is strategic, and the host clearly does his work with care and passion. He was helpful from the moment I booked and responsive to our situation. Thanks again.
