The staff were professional, capable, and courteous, among the best around here. The setting is stunning, with a wide view over the valley, nature all around, and animals nearby. It’s a family-run local business with high standards, and Casentino is a lovely place for a relaxing break. Definitely recommended.

Alessio was quick to respond whenever I had a question, and he also shared tips for exploring nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and I could bring my dog, who loved all the space around the property. I spent three nights here, and the wonderful landscape was a highlight all by itself. It feels like a real escape into nature, and the location works well for trips and trekking. I’ll recommend it to friends.

The apartment area looked very nice, though I didn't visit the interiors. The pool, however, was dirty, with dead insects both floating and settled on the bottom. Outside, dry grass was everywhere, the fountains were empty, and the fruit orchard toward Romena looked neglected. There were no vending machines for drinks or ice cream. Wake up!
