We were a little unsure about visiting Elba Island in winter, but the weather has been wonderful. The island is bigger than we expected, with lots to explore, especially if you're into outdoor activities like mountain biking, trails and running. The hotel is really relaxing, and the staff are what make it special. The restaurant and half-board option are well worth it.

We loved the little spa, and the hotel has excellent service and breakfast. A very nice place to stay.

10/10
The rooms were a bit small, but the balcony and lovely view made up for that. The hotel is set high on a hill above the bay of Porto Azzuro, so you do have to walk up and down the hill to get into town, about five minutes. Breakfast service was excellent, and Andrea in the parking lot was really kind and helpful. We loved staying here.

We could walk to the shops and restaurants, and the golf course is only a six-minute drive away. The views are spectacular, the place is very clean, and the staff are attentive. The restaurant also has lovely views. We opted to include breakfast, which was the right choice.

The only drawback was the traffic. The hotel is right on the main road into town, so it's quite noisy when you're sitting outside, though you can't really hear it indoors. Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable and modern, with excellent service, great views, and a breakfast buffet with everything we needed. Town is a short walk away.
