Hotel Lo Scoglio

It's a lovely spot on an island reached by a bridge, with views over the marina and town. The decor is a little tired, though staff keep everything clean. You can walk to beaches in either direction, and there are fantastic restaurants in town. A great place for a quiet getaway, and I'd highly recommend it for a peaceful holiday.

The room was small but pleasant and clean, and the place itself is nice. But ours faced a smaller island where thundering music starts at 3:30pm. Management was no help, apart from offering a different room from the second night at a 73% higher price. The noise wipes out every other good quality.

I can't give zero stars, though I would if I could. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I stayed for two nights, and on the last night €2000 was stolen by the cleaning lady. The hotel did nothing to help, and it seemed like everyone was covering for each other because they kept lying. The day after, I went back and asked the manager for the woman's name. They said they couldn't give it to me and that she had the day off. When I called the police and they arrived, she was there in uniform. I know it was her because she came into my room at 8a.m without knocking on my last night, woke me, and left. After breakfast, while I was closing my suitcase, she came back into the room. She was there again while I was checking out. She knew everything I was doing. I really hope nobody chooses “Isola Le Scoglio” in the future. It isn't worth it at all.

Right in the centre, with small but nice rooms, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. A nice place to stay, and the Private beach is perfect.
