The room was decent sized, refurbished, and had a balcony, though there were still a few things to fix. The breakfast room is 150m away, unfortunately. Breakfast wasn't up to scratch: no ceramic coffee cups or pastries, the cakes weren't tasty, the juice was poor and watery, and there was no service at all. Definitely not a four-star hotel.

We had trouble with our rental car while staying in Porto Cesareo, and Lucia and the staff went way beyond what we expected. They made calls, gave us directions, arranged transfers, and treated us like family. The customer service was fantastic! The hotel was lovely, in a perfect location, and had an excellent breakfast.

A stylish, elegant hotel, with good food and a breakfast that had plenty of choices. The customer service was great too, and the staff were always ready to help guests.

The WiFi was so bad I wouldn't stay there even for free.
