The location is great, but the stay was disappointing. The rooms were mediocre and nothing like the published photos, which felt decidedly misleading. At least the staff were lovely. The breakfast lady was extremely kind, and the receptionists were always courteous and helpful. Breakfast was the biggest letdown, especially since the promising photos were the main reason I booked. There was no variety, the hotel imposed the choice, and even basic things were missing. No simple toast with ham, yogurt, or seasonal fruit. I understand there may be limits depending on the period, but guests should still have a minimum of choice, particularly with different dietary or health needs. This didn't meet expectations, and I would hardly recommend it.

Both children were woken up by the late-night return, with the waiter playing swear-filled music at full volume in the entrance. The breakfast buffet was embarrassing: four dry pizzas with butter, two leftover croissants, and half a donut were the savory options. It's a shame, because the rooms were spacious and comfortable, though even at 23 degrees Celsius we were still sweating, so the AC clearly wasn't working. And in 2025, it shouldn't be impossible for a family to prepare pasta for an 8-month-old baby.
