Valentino Luxury Rooms

The view, the large room, and the big balcony were all good. But when I stayed in Valentino "Luxury" Room in August 2022, I paid 216€ per night and got poor service and a slightly dirty room. The location was inconvenient too, far from the bathing establishment, and they advertised services they didn’t have, including a swimming pool. I posted my disappointment on Booking with all the photos. Instead of apologizing, they had the nerve to send me a bad reply. That turned a negative stay into a horrible experience.

The property is beautiful, very clean, and just a few kilometers from the center of Porto Cesareo. Our room was large and all white, with a lovely bathroom featuring a glass wall and a level shower; an electric curtain separates the two. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows really weren’t. We also had a huge terrace overlooking the sea, a great place to relax. I recommend the place, but I can’t give it a full star without explaining why. The white-haired manager made a completely inappropriate, offensive joke about Neapolitans to show off to other guests. That shouldn’t discredit the others, who were incredibly kind and polite. The room cleaner was courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and the lady who manages the property was very polite too.

Wonderful place in a quiet area, but still close enough to walk into the center if you like walking. The room was spacious and modern, and perfectly clean. We also enjoyed the nice terrace, with a sea view and sunsets. The welcome was great, and the staff were really kind and helpful. I recommend it.

A lovely property in a great location, close to the best lidos and some beautiful beaches, with private parking available. The morning breakfast host was so kind, always smiling and ready to help. The room felt like good value for the money: fully modern, with touch controls for the lights and blinds, a roomy shower with colored lighting options, a sea-view terrace, and two sun loungers. My suggestions for the owner are to give the property a bit more upkeep, starting with the garden and extending to the private parking area, which felt cramped because of the overgrown weeds.
