It’s a comfortable, well-kept room with books available to read. You’re right in the center, just steps from Porto Recanati beach. Recanati and Loreto are only a few minutes away by car, and the other Conero Riviera beaches are well connected. Highly recommended if you want to explore.

The room was lovely and spacious, and the place was spotlessly clean. My friend and I stayed here for 5 days and were welcomed so warmly. Everything was looked after down to the smallest detail, and the location was excellent. We especially liked the shared area with snacks, water, tea, herbal teas and coffee, plus lots of books. Breakfast was delicious, with a special offer at the bar a few steps away. We loved it all and highly recommend it!

Marco was kind and always there when we needed him. The room was colorful, cozy and charming, and we felt at home straight away. It was cleaned impeccably every day. We stayed at this Bed & Book for our summer holiday and couldn’t have chosen better. Nothing felt overlooked, and there’s a big selection of books in the apartment for guests, so no need to bring your own. We’ll be back for sure. Stefania and Andrea.

The room and bathroom are spacious and have everything you need. The soundproofing is excellent, and the bed is really comfortable. It’s literally 20 steps from the beach, with a warm welcome and owners who are always available to help. Breakfast is served at a partner bar that’s an excellent choice, probably the best in the area. The shared kitchenette is handy too, with snacks, water and juices always there to have at any time.
