The area was quiet and felt fine for walking around at night, and we even made the walk into the city center a few times. It wasn’t far from the main sights, and it was a nice break from the busy, noisy city. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the owner looked after us, offered suggestions for places to go, and checked that everything was okay. On the first day, roadworks next door caused a problem with our shower. I told the owner, and even though it was Easter, she took it seriously and got it fixed straight away. We had a great stay.

We spent 5-10 October at B&B Five and really enjoyed our time in Rome. The bus stops for two routes are less than a five-minute walk away. Lavinia was a great host, quick to reply and generous with useful advice on local transport and getting around. We’d happily stay with B&BFive again and would recommend it to family and friends.

The breakfast was generous and tasty, and our room was clean and had all the comforts we needed. The property is well kept and conveniently located. The owner was warm and helpful, too. My husband, daughter, and I spent three days here and had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

I stayed here after an operation, and the host was invaluable. The room was pleasant, quiet, private, and suited what I needed. The rooms are spacious, and the place has a family feel. In the kitchen there’s a fridge and a breakfast area stocked with snacks, sweets, homemade and packaged food, savory items, water, coffee, and three other things for guests. I’d absolutely recommend them. They’re in the Parioli area.
