Balai Suite took €50 for my booking, then canceled on the day I was due to arrive, leaving me to find somewhere to stay at the last minute. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for my money back. I feel cheated.

There wasn’t a sharp knife, and I couldn’t find a wine or bottle opener.

I came back to the Passion room for a second stay and felt at home straight away. The room was spotless, organized, and clearly well looked after. The whirlpool tub is roomy, comfortable, and simple to operate. You can turn the TV toward the bed or the tub, and it has YouTube, Netflix, and other entertainment apps. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff were so welcoming that we felt at home right away. The Relax room was just that, with a lovely hot tub featuring colored lights and music. It was modern, tastefully furnished, and clean, with everything we needed. There was a generous breakfast, a very big bed, and a huge TV with Netflix and internet access for watching what you like in peace. The location is handy too, near the sea, bars, a tobacconist, and other shopping centers. We’ll definitely return. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
