The location is very good, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Most of the staff were kind. But there's no air conditioning, so in warm weather I'd avoid staying here. With the windows open, it's very noisy outside. I left my bags there for the day. When I came back to collect them, I asked to use the toilet and the guy at the front desk said they didn't have one, even though I'd seen it earlier. When I said I knew there was one, he asked what I wanted to do in there. That's not acceptable, unless there was a plumbing problem or something. Very disappointing.

We had the apartment, with plenty of space: a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace. The hotel below it has three floors. The ceiling gets a bit low at the two ends, which I noticed at 1.84 meters tall, but it really wasn't a big deal. The location right across from the marina, with its pleasure boats and a few fishing vessels, is superb. The ferry is two minutes away by car, and you can also see it in the distance through the panoramic windows.

I stayed here for two days in January 2020 while traveling for work. In my opinion, it's one of the worst hotels I've seen. The room heating didn't work, and in my room we couldn't flush the toilet. There were lots of cats and dogs in the lobby, breakfast choices were limited, and internet cost extra. There were plenty of other problems too. I gave it one star because my daughter's name is Elisa. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect zero.

The room was decent, and so was the price. I managed to negotiate it down from 50€ to 40€.

The toilet was clean and the room itself was fine, but the air conditioning wasn't working properly and the room got very hot.
