Daniele was accommodating and patient, and I want to thank him for his support and the lovely gesture we received. Communication was easy, instructions were clear, and his recommendations were really nice. The place has, if I remember correctly, three rooms and a shared kitchen. There’s a coffee machine with free capsules, plus cookies each day. Every room has its own bathroom, and the shared space has an iron, microwave, and fridge. The apartment was squeaky clean. I could walk around barefoot without picking up dust, and the rooms were cleaned every day with real care. Kudos to the amazing maintenance team. It’s well located near lovely restaurants and coffee spots, a central metro station, and lots of bus stops. You can get to points of interest in minutes by bus or metro, though the Vatican takes around 30 to 40 minutes by bus depending on traffic. Even though the flat is on the street, the insulation kept the noise out. No cons for us.

Daniele went above and beyond, even sending us pictures of our passports so we could get into the Colosseum after we forgot our ID. The place was friendly and clean, and our beds and towels were changed every day. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the Colosseum. Would highly recommend.

Loved this place. It was super clean, convenient, and central, with cafes, restaurants, and the metro nearby. The room and bathroom were both really cute and clean, and there’s coffee, tea, and biscuits available free in the common area. We spent five nights here in July, and everything was just right. The apartment is really clean and cosy, and feels like home. Daniele was a very friendly host who explained where to eat and what to see. I’m sure this is the best place to stay in Rome. Absolutely recommend!
