We ended up having to pay for a different hotel after leaving this B&B. The rooms were dirty, especially the bathroom, with limescale everywhere, a broken toilet, and lots of rusty furniture. Breakfast was almost nothing, just a few individually counted packaged snacks, and some were expired. We also weren't told by the owner that the sheets would only be changed every three days. When we asked to cancel, the owner was very rude and wouldn't refund the nights we didn't use. The stay didn't match the description at all.

The rooms are nice and the location is good, but that's about all I liked. Breakfast is self-serve packaged snacks, which may suit some people, but not everyone. They didn't even provide a bottle of water. We left our bags in the shared area outside the rooms and then found out the entry code had expired at 11 AM. With two children, we were stuck outside until 3:40 PM because the owners weren't there. They only came to let us in then, and said they were doing us a favor. If you don't like communicating by phone messages and codes, I wouldn't recommend this place.

No help at all, just everything left to you, and the place was dirty. Our linens still had hair from previous guests, the bathroom was filthy, and there were glasses and other things left by the people before us. Breakfast was only two packaged snacks. If I could give less than zero, I would. Definitely avoid it, pay a bit more for a hotel.

The double bed was awful to sleep in, with two mattresses that had different firmness. They didn't even change the bedspread. I've been coming to Sardinia for 44 years, from the north to the south, and I've never met owners so suspicious, cold, and argumentative. A warm welcome is basic for a B&B, but we didn't get one.

We got a code to enter, then the owner came by and gave us a quick explanation. Everything was clean, and there was some food available for breakfast or a snack. Our bathroom was said to be private, but it was outside the room. Since we were alone we didn't share it, though I'm unsure whether that's always how it works. The location is good, and it works well for the last night before catching a ferry.
