The villa is even more beautiful in person, and both inside and outside it’s kept in perfect condition. The garden is gorgeous, especially at night, when it almost seems unreal. Nearby there’s a very pretty, peaceful beach with exceptionally clean water. Many thanks to Stefano and his spouse for their heartfelt hospitality.

We’ve stayed at Villa Luna several years in a row, and the care we receive still surprises us. After all these years, the hosts, Hanka and Stefano, feel like family: open-hearted, always ready to help and to do more than you’d expect from a regular holiday stay. The beach is close, the apartments are very clean and comfortable, each with its own private area, and the garden is absolutely beautiful. Parking is comfortable and safe, even for large cars. A stay here is an outstanding experience. If you want a relaxing holiday surrounded by greenery with the beach just steps from your door, it’s hard to find a better place on Elba.

We planned to stay just a few days and wound up staying 10. Stefano, the owner, gave us such a warm, easygoing welcome, and the apartments were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The gardens are gorgeous and so peaceful. It’s a great base for exploring the beautiful island and its many beaches, and Stefano had some excellent recommendations, especially for restaurants. A lovely place to relax and enjoy Elba. Very highly recommended.

The garden is full of life, and the kitchen is really well equipped. Anka and Stefano are incredibly kind hosts; they even brought us fresh herbs and aloe vera from their own garden. It’s a lovely place, close to a wild, unspoiled beach. Highly recommended!
