10/10
A spacious, clean, airy room with a lovely little balcony, and the owner was friendly and very keen to help. The B&B is in the heart of the city, near the interesting sights, markets, and restaurants. It occupies the top floor of a renovated building within an authentic apartment complex, so it felt like living among local residents. The quiet courtyard gave a real sense of everyday neighborhood life. There’s plenty of parking nearby. Good value and recommended.

Getting to Ortigia was easy from this great location. We appreciated the fridge, AC, shower, and especially the lift for our luggage since the apartment is on the 3rd floor. The bed wasn't to our liking, though. Also, this was the only apartment on our trip that didn't include breakfast.

We came back for a second stay and were just as happy: comfy room and bed, clean bathroom, lovely hosts, and an excellent location. Street parking was easy. We'll be back again.

A lovely room, friendly staff who were really helpful, and a great location. I would have liked to stay longer. Definitely recommend this B&B.

The room was spacious and really comfortable. They also have a crane to lift your luggage up to the 3rd floor.
