There are four flights of stairs up to this b&b, so it may be worth considering if you have mobility issues. Once there, our room was lovely, with an amazing view and a separate, very spacious private bathroom. The hosts are kind, friendly people who keep the place clean and welcoming. It’s in an excellent spot in the historic centre, with plenty of restaurants and cafes close by.

We stayed at the B&B Porta del Mare for about ten days during the second week of September. Mrs. Rossella and Mr. Bruno were kind and helpful, and gave us some great suggestions for places to go, things to see, and food to try. The room was on the fourth floor with no elevator, but it was spacious, clean, and welcoming. The B&B is easy to reach on foot from the port and about 10 minutes from the bus station. It’s central, with several restaurants and pizzerias nearby, but the area stays fairly quiet. A truly pleasant stay!

Rossella really pays attention to the little things, and the B&B was spotless and welcoming. We spent a week there in a charming room with a lovely view. It’s right in the city center, but the nighttime noise didn’t bother us. A relaxed, family feel and warm hospitality. We’d happily come back.
