Residence Alithai

The room is basic but does the job, and I had a nice holiday here. The residence is clean, quiet, and has excellent service, with a CONAD supermarket nearby. There's also a swimming pool and a restaurant/pizzeria/bar. The only issue was the shower, which had no tray and flooded every time.

The pool is beautiful and everyone loves it, and the cabins are clean. The location is convenient and surrounded by greenery, so the place has real potential as a gem in Portoferraio. Sadly, it feels neglected in the details, which aren't especially impressive to begin with. The mattresses and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable, the furnishings and bathrooms are dated, and this year there were a lot of ants. The restaurant/bar is scandalous: we waited for hours, the prices seemed exorbitant to me, and the organization was extremely poor.

A very quiet spot, but well placed for exploring the whole island of Elba. The residence sits just outside Portoferraio and has a pool, bar, and restaurant. The apartments come in different sizes, are well equipped, and everything works really well. It's super clean too. A general refresh would make it top-notch. Highly recommended.

I came back after many years and found the residence in good condition. The apartments aren't perfectly maintained, but everything works, and cleanliness is good. Ants are an issue, though that's common across the island. The patio is handy for eating outside, and the small pool is well looked after. The bathroom shower is the main drawback. Two folding doors make a sort of stall beside the toilet, and the bathroom floods in no time.
