Our arrival on Monday, September 14th went smoothly, and Alessandro handed things over without any problems. By Tuesday morning the toilet flush had stopped working, so we politely messaged him and asked him to get in touch urgently because we couldn’t use the toilet. He didn’t reply. It’s now Friday. We’ve sent several more messages and called over 30 times, with no response at all. His last online status has also changed to “no time displayed.” That’s no way to treat guests. Worst host ever, not recommended.

The management staff were very helpful from the start of our stay right through to the last minute. We spent three nights in this apartment, which has been modernly renovated and nicely finished. It’s very close to the center of Portofino. Recommended for a Portofino holiday and trips to nearby towns.
