The location was nice, and the apartment was great.

I canceled a month ahead because our travel dates changed, and Booking told me there was no availability for the new period. The booking allowed cancellation without a fee, but I was immediately met with angry, contemptuous messages. In my view, they were rude, aggressive, irritable, and unfair. You go on vacation to relax, so I'd stay away.

Right on the main square in Valdaora di Mezzo, the apartments are centrally located. They're clean and well kept, and there's a garden with a playground for kids. The beds could be better.

The rooms were clean, though not especially large, and there was a nice sauna included. The guest room and entertainment room were fine too. Getting to Olanga on the ski bus was easy.

The hostess was really kind, and the sauna was nice. The rooms were clean, with excellent transport into town and out to the ski resort. The location is right in the center. The bed could be more comfortable.
